Quebecor expands its menu by signing a three-year Volume Deal with Endemol Shine International
MONTREAL, October 11, 2016 – In its constant bid to bring the very best entertainment to all of its platforms, Quebecor Content announced today that it has signed an exclusive three-year deal with Endemol Shine International.
This agreement gives Quebecor Content exclusive rights to broadcast a host of highly popular shows within French-speaking Canada, including the 8th Season of MasterChef Australia, one of the world's highest rated reality TV cooking shows. The new lineup of shows also includes other outstanding hits like The Block,Bodyshockers and MasterChef Junior USA.
Through this deal, Quebecor Content solidifies its position as a one of the country's leading players in the acquisition and broadcasting of lifestyle and art-of-living programs. The newly acquired shows will be aired across Quebecor's various platforms, including TVA and the specialized channels CASA and Moi&Cie.
